Go into destiny, both connect, get that stupid error, then at the same time, go into your PS4 settings, to internet connection, test you internet, check your NAT types are the same, then both disconnect the connect to internet button, wait a second, then connect again, go straight into destiny. You'll have both been booted, then try to join fire team, it should work!
