Trying to get from 375 to 400
What's the best way to get from 375 to 400? I think I'm stuck.

Normal WotM and legendary engrams until 385. Rank up packeges until 390. WotM hard, exotics, IB till 400

400 light is usless. Just get to 390

Edited by jhtky: 2/23/2017 3:01:14 AMIron Banner, any Crucible, and Forge. Exotic engrams will decrypt above your light level also. Legendary engrams cap out at different levels ending at 385 but exotics go to 400. Make sure you equip your highest leveled gear before you decrypt engrams in order to get the most out of them. I haven't don't the ROI raid, everyone I used to play with quit destiny, but all of my characters are level 400. I started ROI at 335 on all characters and completed 400 on all very quickly. When you get your first character to 400 just decrypt all exotics with that one to get 400 out of them then transfer to your other two. Same for Banner and any other rewarded game play, use your first 400 to feed your others. Edit: If you're playing Banner, regular Crucible, or any other rewarded gameplay make sure you have your highest leveled gear equipped. Even if you switch it just before the game ends. Your reward is based on your current equipped items.

1 ReplyDo yourself a favour this week. Select a strike and change the level from normal to hard mode. You'll still get up to 385 year drop but won't get melted by every hive knight or wizard around. Check what gear is holding you back. So if you have 379 armour & weapons but only 365 ghost, go to the forge where ghosts can drop. No point in grinding strikes for them as youll be all day and the other gear you get will still not help much if any. If you need a better primary open the chests on taniks, undying mind & any cabal strike. Secondary aluk hul & winters run or heavy fallen saber.

all rank up packages go to 390. after that, raid, forge, crucible.

Then grind iron banana for drops and after 320 strikes for keys. 320 reward chests drop at your light lvl and keep increasing. For e.x. If you're 395, 320 strike chests will drop at 396. Simple.

2 RepliesIf your at 375, do heroics to get to 385, then do your nf's, do the forge for your ghost and class item, level up eris for your artifact(wouldn't do the forge and eris until close to 400, but you can). Do the court as well. Iron banner, trials, run 3oc even tho the drop is terrible. Level factions to get 390. Keep in mind to balance out what you level up using exotics, because you can waste them. Raid as well but I know it can be hard getting on a good team.

The sepkis perfected strike from the director because you can run through that quickly. Weekly Zavala and crucible bounties drop up to 400. Faction packages drop up to 390 IB drops up to 400 Nightfall drops up to 400
