Buff Red Death
Red Death seems not to do good against other pulse rifles like the high damage low rate of fire ones. Red Death can get out gunned by them like any other high impact pulse rifle with braced frame. The Red Death I feel like it needs better stability and a slightly better rate of fire, obviously not much of a rate of fire buff but just slightly with a better stability.

I miss being able to use it on a serious note in the game (I've never thought to myself, "I'm going into a nightfall now, I think I'll use Red Death this go around) as it just doesn't feel the same in PvE either. (I'm assuming you're talking about using it in PvP).
