Don't open it and take it back.
-
Steal executions from people 🔥😭😭
-
After telling myself I'm not buying it, even though I enjoyed the beta, I finally caved today and made the purchase. It's a good game but the community is worse than the destiny community tbh. Nobody wants to fight you at all, ever. They'll just keep trying throw you around until they push you off the map. Like I said it's a good game but it won't last that long if this is how it's going to be played.
-
It's a fantastic game but probably the worst game ever created in terms of servers. U get kicked about ever 3-4 games
-
Spamurai are trash. Knights/Vikings are so much better.
-
For honor is a pretty fun game
Fck orochi
-
Any form of character customisation?
-
If you're doing a 2 vs 2 and you beat your opponent, wait for you ally to either win or lose. At least that's how i and a lot of other people play
-
Learn how to block, dodge, and parry. Practice your combos in 1v1s against bots.
-
I heard the warden is a good starting character. Raider isn't too hard either. Stay away from playing assassins unless you are hyper-aggressive because they have trouble blocking. And finally, play the story. It helps you learn the mechanics.
-
Game looks boring. 100% in March, nobody will care about it
-
Don't be the douche who's scared to fight and just keeps trying to guard break and push to a ledge
-
Anyone that's played it, should I pick this game up? It looks fun, but it's p2p connection and I feel like it won't last more than a few months.
-
Learn to parry
-
Go on YouTube and check out the combat school by klik.... Something it starts with that. They are great videos.
-
Turn off fight display and get on my level?
-
I'd have to be able to get into a match to give you combat tips.
-
Dont be an orochi main.
-
Does For Honor carry your progress from the Beta?
-
Odin owns you all!!
-
Friend would not leave me alone so I bought it. First thing I am going to do is use everything people keep crying about
-
Push them off the ledge. Team up on 2v1. Show no honor Be a warden Deus vult
-
Play defensively, anyone worth their salt let's their enemies come to them.
-
Play all of story mode on Realistic. There are only 12 hero types, so playing through the campaign without the HUD will train you to know where the attack is coming from without having to watch the triangle. I can block entire berserkers combos until they have no stamina. Learn how to counter guard break, nothing better than countering a guy into the hole he's been trying to push you in for the last minute
-
Watch your surroundings. Nothing worse than stomping the crap outta someone and right before you kill him he breaks your attack and throws you off the edge.

Edited by DEATH-DEALER-213: 2/20/2017 3:12:57 AMBe patient and never swing for the fences like a wild man, that's a sure fire way to get yourself killed time and time again. Don't forget to keep tabs on your stamina bar either, that could also mean life or death. Also, make sure that you have top notch situational awareness and that you always know the surroundings in which you fight. Chances are that most people will take advantage of environmental kills if you give them the opportunity. If you're given the opportunity though, take it, unless you're in a dual (or unless someone in a dual has already done it to you). I suggest trying out a few characters until you find one that fits your play style and then once you do stick with them for quite awhile. Knowing your hero and how to utilize their skills is of the utmost importance. Don't waste any of your steel or open any scavenger crates until you get to at least reputation one, once you hit that milestone you'll start to get blue rarity gear and frankly anything before that doesn't really make much of a difference. Oh and if you can, make sure to finish the campaign on the hardest difficulty while obtaining all of the collectibles at the same time. By the end of the campaign you'll have numerous scavenger crates to open later, customization items for each faction, and a ton of steel. Speaking of which, finish the advanced training as well, that nets you an easy 1500 or 2000 steel (I can't recall which). Lastly, as much as I'd like to tell you to let the hate flow through you, always keep your composure, it'll benefit you greatly in the long run.
