About the clip, if you have recorded it it should be on your Xbox One. Double press the Xbox Button, then go to your profile. Click to the right until you're at "Captures". There, click right and go to "Manage Captures". In that menu, in the upper bar go to the left, press A and choose "My Xbox". There you should find all clips and photos you've taken, even if they have not be uploaded to Xbox Live. Find the clip, press A and then choose "Upload to Xbox Live".
