Yes it's a rare drop but you CAN aquire it from crucible rewards I did the same with the valentine's shader. In just looking for one more shader to complete my collection.

dont think so, its a holiday item.. your best vet is to look on youtube, i know MoreConsol covered everything holiday at that time
