A Zoo's Worth of Errors

In the past 15 minutes on Lunar Patrol, I got five error codes: two Weasels, two Beetles, and an Anteater. I've restarted my Xbox three times already. I don't know if I'm alone in this, but I feel obligated to inform you just in case. I decided to halt playing Destiny today until I figure out what the blam is going on. Note that I've been playing since the 2014 Beta, and I normally have absolutely splendid internet connection. I got more errors today than in the past six months combined, so I don't think any of these issues are on my end... If you're reading this and noticing a similar uninvited circus in town, feel free to chime in. And if you're a Bungie technician, good hunting!

  • Seems to me that your best course of action would be to hardwire your connection if you haven't already and reset your internet modem and follow the steps OMGItsWolfy suggested. If it is something that keeps happening usually action, not time, will fix the issue.

Hello, These are mostly Connection based errors, it is strongly advised to switch from Wifi to wired, connection, If this issue still persist, try to clear the systems cache. The console cache stores temporary data and files that usually help games run more quickly and efficiently. Occasionally the temporary data or files stored in the cache can become corrupted, partially overwritten, or otherwise go bad. If this happens it can cause the console and Destiny to have issues maintaining connectivity, loading some game files, or other gameplay issues. Clearing the console cache removes the temporary data and files from the cache and allows a fresh set to be downloaded and stored. Xbox One Completely shut your console off Once the console is completely off, unplug the power cord from the back of the console and let sit for at least 5 minutes Plug the power cord back into the console and power it on. Re-launch Destiny Either way some of this issues at the moment are being investigated, Bungie is aware of this issue
