2.5.0.2 UPDATE COMING!!!!

This is 100% how I believe this update should go but more then likely won't go. Please leave feedback good or bad I'd like to see it all! Miscellaneous Decreased the starting strength for aim deflection (aka Flinch) 50% (now) to 25% (35% with HCR) With every subsequent hit, the strength of deflection increases until you hit 100% max deflection Overall Sniper ADS aim deflection multiplier decreased from 1.9 (now) back to 1.85x Unflinching - Increased efficacy of the perk from 25% flinch (now) to 15% (pre nerf) Grenades and Horseshoes perk activation radius buff 1M (now) to 1.2M Weapons Auto Rifles HROF - Stability and range buff by 2 - 5% MROF - Damage buff 1 point to every bullet LROF - Damage buff 1.5 points to every bullet Pulse Rifles HROF - Stay as is MROF - Damage buff 1 point to every bullet LROF - Stay as is Scout Rifles HROF - Stay as is MROF - Stay as is LROF - Stay as is Hand Cannons HROF - Eliminate bloom MROF - Eliminate bloom LROF - Eliminate bloom Sidearms HROF - Stability and range buff by 1% MROF - Stay as is LROF - Stay as is Fusion Rifles HROF - Stability buff by 1% MROF - Stay as is LROF - Charge Rate buff by 1% Sniper Rifles HROF - No longer can rez snipe (nerf) MROF - No longer can rez snipe (nerf) 1000 yard stare, Longbow, LDR - Stay as is LROF - Stay as is Shotguns HROF - Stay as is MROF - Stay as is LROF - Impact nerf by 2% Heavy Weapons - Stay as is Exotic (These are added to the already nerfs or buffs above) Hard Light - Stability buff by 2% Hawkmoon - Stability nerf by 2% / Hammer Forged replaced with Send It Thorn - Stability and range buff by 5 - 10% Universal Remote - Ammo capacity 15 max (nerf) Khvostov 7G-0X - Stability buff by 2% Bad Juju - Hip Fire replaced with Persistence Subclass WARLOCK Sunsinger Firebolt Grenade - Distance and tracking buff 2 - 3M Sunburst - Overall buff by 2% Voidwalker Axion Bolt - Distance and tracking nerf 2 - 3M Bloom - Explosion distance buff 1M Blink - Recovery buff 1 (Pre-nerf) Stormcaller Arcbolt Grenade - Damage buff (102 on main impact) Amplitude - Distance nerf 1M Electrostatic Mind - Overall buff by 1% Stormtrance - Landfall uses up 5% more super energy / Ionic Blink uses up 3% more super energy (Nerf) HUNTER Nightstalker Spike Grenade - Fix issue still working after animation Smoke - Damage nerf 2 - 3% (can't jump out instantly pre-nerf) Shadowshot - Fix issue on timing of suppression Bladedancer Flux Grenade - Damage buff (in line with fusion grenades) Skip Grenade - Tracking speed buff 1M per second / Distance nerf 2 - 5M Arcbolt Grenade - Damage buff (102 on main impact) Backstab - Just make it so front stab is a thing Hungering Blade - Regenerate health buff (in line with flame shield warlock melee) Blink - Recovery buff 1 (Pre-nerf) Arcblade - Allow swipe immediately / 1% less super energy per swipe / Damage buff 100% (buff) Gunslinger Swarm Grenade - Damage buff 1% Tripmine Grenade - Damage buff 2% (Duration nerf 2 seconds) Better Control - Buff 1 recovery (in line with rest of subclass) Throwing Knife - Overall Damage buff 1% Combustion - Explosion distance buff 2M TITAN Defender Magnetic Grenade - Damage buff (in line with fusion grenades) Spike Grenade - Fix issue still working after animation Suppressor Grenade - Suppression nerf of 5 less seconds Increased Control - Add 1 agility Gift of Light - Overall buff by 2% Gift of the Void - Overall buff by 2% Iron Harvest - Overall buff by 2% Striker Lightning Grenade - Distance and cone nerf 1 - 2M / damage nerf 110 on impact Increased Control - Add 1 agility Storm Fist - Overall Damage nerf 1% Transfusion - Regenerate health buff (in line with flame shield warlock melee) Shoulder Charge - Distance and tracking nerf 1 - 2M Juggernaut - Active only on ground Fist of Havoc - Distance nerf 2M Sunbreaker Increased Control - Add 1 agility Flameseeker - Distance and tracking buff 1 - 2M Cauterize - Regenerate health buff (in line with flame shield warlock melee) Fire Keeper - Duration buff 2 seconds Forgemaster - 2% more super energy per hammer / explosion buff 1 - 2M (nerf and buff)
