After beating what is probably my second favourite boss in the series, Dancer of the Boreal Valley (just below Gherman), it got me thinking, there are some damn fine bosses in this series! So I wanted to ask #gaming what their favourite boss in the series was and why you liked them so much, be it difficulty, style, or some other reason. Have a good night #gaming, and don't forget to git gud.
The boss can also be from Demons Souls.
Lady Maria
-
Pinwheel.

I'm going with Soul of Cinder because I was able to appreciate each part of his moveset due to having played the previous 2 games.
-
Abyss Watchers.
-
Definitely Artorias.

Edited by BallsOutForBT: 1/26/2017 6:04:40 PMDs1: Gwyn. I was within the group that had a ton of trouble with him instead of an easy time. The fight was cool, his atttacks looked sick, there was such a nice quiet buildup to his fight in the kiln because it was only the few black knights and the kiln itself is awesome, and the music was great. Ds2: The pursuer. Both in his actual fight and his random spawns. He looked cool, was tough, and was all around fun to fight, especially when he threw you off guard with him spawning in other areas. Ds3: The soul of cinder. This fight was the best in the series, perhaps in any game for me. The arena and music are awesome, he looks cool, even has a cool name, and was a very difficult fight. On top of that he has the most diverse souls moveset, making use of greatswords, curved greatswords, ultra greatswords, I think spears, spells and miracles. The only bad thing about him was the dissappointment when the firelink sword sucked. At least its cool.

3 is the only game I completed, but I thought Champion Gundyr was really fun and so was the twin princes fight. I'm starting Dark Souls now and have beaten the first boss at Undead Burg so far, and I didn't really like Dark Souls 2 even though I got decently close to finishing it.

Either lady maria or orphan. That dlc was -blam!-ing amazing.

Ornstein and Smough are the real MVPs.

Deacons of the Deep

I really enjoyed the Dancer and Aldrich in DS3. I haven't played any of the other games, and I am getting close to finishing my first playthrough. I will say that after playing DS3 that I am definitely going to have to check out the first two games. I'm on Xbox, so Bloodborne isn't an option right now unfortunately.

Artorias, Sif, Abyss Watchers, Champion Gundyr.
-
Pontiff Sulyvahn or Champion Gundyr because of their move sets. I'd have to include Nameless King just because that was an awesome environment for a boss battle. Ebtietas, just because.
-
Orphan of Kos because of difficulty
