3nd
But seriously, it won't fail. It won't be extremely successful either. It will do decent. If they go third party it would be better
-
They'll go third party. Too much money in their IPs for them to just go handheld or fold completely.
-
They certainly wont fail (already repeating the success of the Wii with all units being completely sold out months before release). But if they did, they would just get again later I'm sure. I doubt they would ever outsource their software, and they don't seem to want to just produce mobile games, so they would likely just try to make a better console next time.

Do a konami and just make mobile games.

I doubt anything would change.

With it sold out virtually everywhere, Im expecting another Wii craze. Not quite as big, but I dont think it'll fail by any means.
-
We just have another year like with the Wii U.
-
It doesn't matter if fails. Nintendo is ungodly rich. Besides, they've been around over 130 years. If they drop out of the console market, it won't be the death of the company.
-
If they still had the guts to make a new console after the Wii U, and still -blam!- with it just as much, they will never learn.
-
Nothing. Did they stop after the Wii U?
-
They would continue creating games for it and supporting it?

The end of El world as we know it
