I remember last year CNN Reuters etc had stories of Fortune 500 comapnies and major businesses and schools expecting mass worker shortages due to people calling out away from work to go get Halo 2.
I've never been in Line for anything at 12 midnight in my life but Halo 2 was worth it.

Okay i got some things I/we could do to celebrate Halo 2's B-day 1. When I got Halo 2, i marvelled at every little aspect of this. That feeling was so good i think we should sell Halo 2, then write a note that says buy Halo 2. Next erase your memory of Halo 2. Then when you read the note to yourself, you'll go buy it and relive the experience of Halo 2!!! Then after a while get our memory back, so that were still as good as we used to be. 2. We take a giant spaceship with a retractor beam, to move the stars in the sky so that they will say Halo 2 roxxorz 4. Wear a shirt that says "Say fo shizzle if you like Halo 2" and count how many times that happens 5. Wear pan7s with a bunch of 7s on 7hem 6. Shout "Halo 2 roxxorz" at the top of your longs till you pass out. 7. Same as number 6, but every Halo fan shouts it at the exact same time (1:17 pm Eastern Standard Time) so the world will hear and know that Halo 2 is teh pwnzorz 9. We have a big ol pizza partay, with a ginormous pizza, and the pepperonis, sausage and bacon spell out Halo 2. 10. Try to play DDR to the Halo 2 sountrack. 11. Try to play DDR to the Halo 2 soundtrack drunk. [Edited on 11/5/2005]

oh boy, i get to do something more fun than any of you! i'm going to court on the day of NOVEMBER 9TH. haha. yes, juvenile court that is, basically because my friend had an AIR-SOFT GUN in my glove compartment in my car at school. and on the way to school, he kinda shot some kid, and i guess they called the cops.. so i got suspended for a while, can't park on campus anymore, and uh...now i'm going to court for this bull-blam!-. i guess i was kinda the driver, but still. oh yea, and the next day is my b-day. november 10th biiiiattch. so what a great present this year, court :-) show me some love people, and realize how crappy my halo 2 anniversary is. oh wait, or i could write HALO 2 ROCKS on a t-shirt and wear that to court, and have the dangling halo 2 disk on my neck, and then the xbox strapped to my back :-)

Everytime you see someone with their lights on or such, put your hand out your window by making an "O" in sign language, then holding up 2 fingers, and see if they do the same. The "O" is like a fist, but an open circle. It's easy enough. Then 2 fingers like the peace sign.

i think that for the anniversary there should be a competition on who can post the best or most rediculous/funny video on how they celebrated halo 2's anniversary. that would be the best i reckon. or how about u just put a sign in ur back window saying honk if you like halo 2. then count the honks. like that other guy said ;D

I agree that this is a anniversary worth celebrating. I was one of those waiting in line till like 4 in the morning for the glorius moment when I had Halo 2 in my filthy hands. I was not worthy of it. So this november 9th im going to relive that moment.

for anyone who keeps saying H1 is better than H2... if it's H2's anniversary, why the hell would you totally disregard any and all things Halo2?? just cause you think it sucks doesn't mean you shouldn't play it. and if you think it sucks so bad, then sit with your thumb in your ass on Nov 9th instead of -blam!-ing how H2 sucks cause it's H2's day i myself will probably wear either my "i see dead people" shirt (MC with rocket launcher and red Xs) or "my other car is a warthog" i don't have H1 otherwise i'd play both... so i guess i'll just play matchmaking when i get the chance... no actual "celebrating" though.. I killed a hobo 2 weeks ago, now hes in my freezer. But to the point im gonna thaw him out and write "I pwned this noob! now can you teabag him for me since im too far away." on his chest and stick a dozen sparklers in his ass.
