Fist Curse Improvements

Most people have heard about the "First Curse" an exotic hand cannon that is remarked as underpowered because of its requirement for precision so what do you suggest to make this cool looking weapon functional?

  • Honestly, its already a pretty solid gun. The quest for it is a little ridiculous tho.. I would like to see a little more stability and/or range on it, given that its an "exotic" with worse stats than the mediocre roll i got on a Lingering Song.

    I totally agree and think they should just give it the bad juju perks basically... Make it so the first headshot kill within a mag instantly reloads and applies a damage buff and refills a small chunk of super energy...think along the same amounts as the bad juju. The buff would be enough so the gun would consistently two shot guardians and would last about 5 seconds. I wouldn't be opposed to a slight increase to fire rate whilst this buff is active too!

  • Make the targeting dot smaller would help tremendously for when youre going for the weapon's max range

  • Range doesn't affect the damage fall off like hardlight. This would be a buff that would give the gun meaning and worth.

        It has an intrinsic perk that makes it more accurate when adsin( i dont think said perk works, it needs to be improved). It also needs an increase in base stability. When the exotic perk is triggered it needs a slight rof increase along with the current range increase. Tripletap doesnt do much for this weapon tbh. Tripletap needs to be spray and play or outlaw for when u have to reload. I think i have addressed all the weakness of this weapon(reloadspeed, range and rof).

          Replace Triple Tap with Outlaw. I would prefer Spray & Play, but it rewards precision. Its a sold weapon tbh.

        • Needs Third Eye. Being able to stay ADS 99% of the time would solve most people's problems with this gun

          • The Deadeye perk needs to do more. Right now the only noticeable change is the stability increase. It states when you aim, you get more range, stability, and movement speed. The range and movement speed are so low that it's impossibly hard to even notice them. Besides that, it's a beautiful weapon. Perfect perk set for a hand cannon, and I love the First Curse perk.

          • It's already a decent weapon. It just demands a highly disciplined playstyle that requires careful aim and keeping your distance rather than going rambo and trying to outgun Clever Dragons in head-on firefights.
