Please need heeeeeelp overhere
When i launched destiny 3 weeks ago, i got a message saying that am restricted from playing crucible for 2 weeks and they locked most of my crucible. However, 2 weeks passed and i still cannot access crucible gear. I hit you guys on twitter but no one responded. Help ?

Bungie you'ver send me a message since three months that am banned for 2 weeks so now it's over three months and bungie did not remove the banned what is going on ?

2 RepliesHi Hassan Unfortunately there are Account Restrictions and Bans. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. Bungie does not dispute, discuss, or overturn either. Thats why no one replied on twitter. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 Please make sure which yours was. If it's a restriction, there is no real set amount of time so no choice but to wait it out.
