I finished the questline for the Khvostov and got all the grimoire cards for the quest except the "Khvostov Field Manual , Pg 90". I would think that since I completed the questline that I should also have this specific card? I haven't deleted any characters ever, so it would have nothing to do with that known issue and I completed the questline solely on my main character. Is anyone else having this issue with the manual grimoire cards?
