Ok, we had the mutated iron lords, but hear me out. Before rise of taxes, we were infected by siva prototypes but our light protected us from negative effects. SIVA can reanimate and repair pretty much anything, and guardians are just light infused corpses with nice asses and dashing hairstyles. If we were stripped of our light, which the hive did to Omar Aagh, we could be controlled by siva, stripped of our light powers and given new powers. These new siva infused guardians would be low health ultras that spawn randomly, and have siva infused guardian primary weapons. They would be able to short range teleport roll and walk around.
