Bought Silver but didn't give me any
Bought $20 silver last night around 1am and didn't give it to me in game, Microsoft gave me a refund and told me to try again once it went through. I did and same thing and didn't give it to me in game and now telling me they won't refund it and to contact Activision and on their website says to contact you on the forums. Tried going through the steps to troubleshoot it and still nothing. This is ridiculous
