Damnit Bungie. Where's my boots!
To keep it short and too the point:
Every single one of my boot engrams has decrypted into [b]NOTHINGNESS![/b]
They simply disappear. I've lost over 30 boot engrams this week, and I'm sick and tired of it.

There's nothing in my vault.
I only have one pair of boots in the entire game (So slots are all empty)
I only have one character.
Legendary and Rare are affected (I'm only LL 252) so I've never had en exotic or green engrams.
Nothing is ever in my post master when I decrypt.
I'm not accidentally deleting items.
Can I please get some help?! It's so frustrating. :c
