Vex!
So yesterday a buddy and I both ran Vault of Glass hard mode for the first time ever. It was pretty easy, considering we both had experience with normal mode, we just wanted to do hard mode for the no time to explain on the off chance one of us might get a Vex Mythoclast. We both did. CRAZY coincidence or did the drop rate shoot through the roof?

Back when vault was the only raid 5 people in my group got a vex mytho. Never seen anything like it happen again

1 ReplyIf I ever run that raid again...it will never drop me a Fatebringer at all. Been trying to get it since vanilla Destiny thru House of Wolves DLC but gave up afterwards during TTK came out (did a couple tries when I got my NTTE exotic quest on 3 of my characters)

Congrats! Too bad its usefulness has run out, I think the last time I used mine was to complete the fusion double kill bounty when those were still a thing.

1 ReplyI got incredibly lucky. Got one on my first hm clear the week hm released. Got to use it a bit before it got its first nerf. Absolute monster back then.

People either got them in droves or nothing

They increased drop rates towards 8 months into Y1. That was in the weekly update and patch notes then.
