Everything is classified
when I go to my character to check my gear, it just says classified for everything

Try clearing your app's content database. iOS: 1. Tap "More" 2. Tap "Settings" 3. Tap "Application" 4. Tap "Delete Content Database" If that doesn't work, uninstall the app, reset your device, then reinstall.
