Collectors left behind
So the only difference between year 2 and year 3 is that all of the new masks are behind a pay wall. I remember last year playing for hours earning each mask one by one until I had them all. No money spent... now I have to spend money to collect them all? Take a chance with $50 and still not get it all? What's the point of filling up the candy satchels? Nobody wants Jackolytes and Flight of Shadows consumables. The whole point of them was to hope for a blue mask you needed and some paper glue to make it legendary. I'm done with destiny. A year one, faithful, money spending player has just lost faith in this game. I'll be playing BF1 and Minecraft. Bye bye bungo

7 RepliesI have everything. I think this year was even better than last. I also got everything last year. So I do not feel left behind at all. You must mean that collectors that are looking for a handout, got left behind. That would make more sense.

With that said, nothing would make me play a game that looks worse than the first 3d games I played back in the late 90s.

Except last year glue was given in the treasure boxes, and plenty of people bitched about that. I think they should have handled the masks as they did last year. But it is nice to know we keep them after the event.

People would play every waking hour to get the stuff and everyone would rave about it, and what a great company Bungie were. But short term cash grabbing seem more important than fostering a positive attitude to the company and a potential sequel. Which doesn't bode that well.
