Since Festival of the Lost... Messed up Crucible Matchmaking???

Since Festival of the Lost started, I haven't been able to find one Crucible match that isn't heavily populated with red and yellow bars, not to mention I've seen plenty of god-mode green bars. Nothing is more frustrating then emptying a whole clip in someone to never see them take damage.
Given the track record Bungie has of releasing an event and "tweaking" matchmaking, I just wanted to point out what I've been experiencing. There has been a very big difference between matches from last week to this week. It's been painful this week. [i]Again, anyone else seeing this?[/i]
[spoiler]On a side note, I have gigabit fiber with connections hard-wired. I have a top-tier router. I am based near Nashville, TN, USA (semi-central). I don't think the problem is with me.[/spoiler]

Somethings screwy there. 4 out of 5 matches are laggy as heck. I suspect some ppl are using lag switches or just have totally crappy connections. Either way I have green each time, and I have a gaming router so its def not me causing the lag. Also people disapearing and re-appearing (not blink ) from sight, then next thing you know you're dead. I mean c'mon. Bungie pls fix this. Thanks! My KD ratio is way better when Im not playing with these laggers. there's gotta be a way to ban these lag switchers. Edit: I dont think this is isolated to just after festival of lost. The crucible and IB has long been plagued by this.
