Before you read anything, please don't take this post the wrong way. I've practically mained Bladedancer since Day 1, and I will continue to love it throughout Destiny's existence.
I've been seeing a lot of posts asking for a buff to Bladedancers. While Arcblade should grant a boost to agility (like most people are asking for), the problem isn't so much that the class needs a buff as it is that its perks just don't have any synergy.
On Sunbreakers, Fleet Fire goes well with Cauterize. You can also make a great build for Sunspots by running Scorched Earth, Thermal Vent, and Firekeeper.
On Voidwalker, you can run a nice grenade build with Annihilate/The Hunger and Embrace the Void. In contrast, you can run a Vortex build by using Vortex Mastery with the Vortex nade and Nova Bomb.
What does Bladedancer have, though? Sure, Shadowjack is perfect for Vanish, Escape Artist, and Stalker. You can also tweak this to run a build with Backstab (which doesn't even guarantee a one-hit to reward the risk you take, though).
But what's the alternative?
What the f*ck do Quickdraw or Fleet Footed have to do with ANY of the class's perks??? Why are there no stackable buffs/effects like on Gunslinger and Sunbreaker??? Why are the only perks that work with each other based on INVISIBILITY???
The boost to agility and weapon handing is extremely useful, but that's about it! Nothing else!
TL;DR- There's just not enough synergy in the class's perks to provide a unique experience. It's almost as if someone just slapped a bunch of decent abilities together and colored them blue.
Edit: So. Many. Downvotes xD

Razors edge is your best friend. Also use blink+fleet footed for extra distance to close gaps. You'd be very surprised how evasive fleet footed is.
