Hi! I have two questions about the grimoire: it is normal for the Lady Efrideet paper is not unlocked? and how do I unlock the paper of festival of lost soul of last year? Thank you

This is a current issue acknowledged in the Rise of Iron Known Issues Thread: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/213318340?sort=0&page=0 The Festival of the Lost 2015 Grimoire Card cannot be unlocked currently.
