Reputation rewards
Why are they only coming out at 390? It takes a good bit of work to get your vanguard reputation to flip and then everything drops at 390 I guess if you are over 390 I should say. Doesn't make sense. Also why no artifacts?

Not to mention: Shiro's Quests + Plaguelander + Tyra's quest = 1+ rep increase Getting your VG rep up is now a joke. I take it you were not around in Year 1, when ranking these factions was brutal...
