It's regular shots should do more dmg to fallen (add W.wind perk). The nanite destroys any fallen as long as you can constantly 4 bursting an enemy. The Cool down is fine because if they remove it'll move it to being slightly OP in PvP which will lead to immediate nerf. The middle perk column need to change to better perks and here are my suggestions. -perfect balance -Rifle barrel -braced frame I'd also love if they give it high caliber round as a hidden perk but that's just to stagger PvE adds.
