PvE Enemies restoring health
Has anyone noticed that since the last update enemies seem to be randomly getting their health back while in the middle of taking damage. I've seen it in raids, strikes, and even while on patrol. Hopefully it can be fixed soon:)

Yes....in the wretched eye strike yesterday...I killed the boss as the loot was on the ground...he came back from the dead as we were standing on our treasure...didn't end well...
