Melee hit detection & damage
My clan mates and I have had an issue with melee in both PvP and PvE. Frequently our melee charge will be used but will deal 0 damage on enemies, and also when not charged will hit for 0 damage.

I know how it feels to storm fist a hunter in pvp and he only loses half armor and that's it.
