I'm surprised how little forum topics cover the need to balance the striker titan. The subclass isn't all bad, but there are areas of the class that move it from annoying to evil. Here are these areas: 1: First of all, the super itself. While the super isn't all bad (I mean, warlocks have nova bomb, which has an almost identical effect) the issue is invulnerability. Those with quick enough reflexes and the right active super should be able to one-hit the titan before he strikes. It's ridiculous how the right perks and armor can give a titan in the middle of ground-pounding the ability to survive a golden gun shot. Meaning that the Striker's FoH needs: -less armor during attack, allowing one-hit supers to do their job. 2: Where before this was a possible fix to the lightning grenade, titans in the forum have convinced me that it's not as bad as I let on. Despite that, I still believe the damage to be too high, but that's just an annoyance less than it is OP. -What does need to be fixed is the inaccurate representation of this grenade's area of effect. 3: The shoulder charge. It's an obvious problem: this melee is easy to use, easy to charge, and is a one-hit kill to non-supered guardian. The recent "fix" adding one second to the shoulder charge cooldown does nothing to the striker titan. It needs: -less damage. It's okay if it can bring down 3/4 of my health and I get shotgunned the rest of the way, but at full health, no matter my armor, I shouldn't round a corner to be knocked down by the shoulder of a sprinting pile of dense metal. If anyone has other ideas for fixes, disagrees, or wants to offer other suggestions, please do so. Also, while this issue is probably already known by bungie, a little extra whining from the community might be enough for Bungie to fix it, so upvote this if you agree. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate the striker titan class. I just think that its abilities are unbalanced and need a little tweaking.
