BUNGIE BRING BACK POCKET INFINITY PLEASE
Pocket infinity is a glourious year one weapon with incredible damage potential and the best in its class (low charge and high impact) for year 2 and 3 players pocket infinity is the most overpowered exotic fusion rifle before i got nerfed to hell the weapon was one of the reasons of going for exotic bounties if you ever got this like me then you would know how godly it was and it should have incorporated into ttk where rasputin and the warmind was at its peak potential but instead of pocket infinity what do they give telesto a ok weapon with mild damage and chance to make a orb thats the size of a pea and gives you 4% of your super but i understand people want pve weapons but people that play pvp telesto sucks ass in pvp no multi kills and tiny explosives do minimal damage anyway i ask anybody that understands how i feel to please reply and show your sympathy! 😆😆

7 RepliesThe remaining 4 year one exotics should be brought forward: Icebreaker, Pocket infinity, Vex Mythoclast and Necrochasm. There is no reason why these haven't been brought forward yet.

Only problem with that is, it's only really good in Mayhem cos the current special ammo restrictions :/ but it would be nice Bungie decided to bring it back

The P.I. should not come back because of the dangers of changing the competitive pvp such as Iron banner or trials. I use the P.I. in the regular non light level pvp, but out side of that I wouldn't. Bare with me through this comparison P.I. is kind of like the Ice Breaker. Bungie said they would not bring back the Ice Breaker because of how it would affect the game. they don't want players in pve to sit back and just take out a boss with infinite ammo. The reason why P.I. would not come back is because of the full auto after the slow charge. P.I. while an insanely good and fun weapon, it would probably be the next year 1 thorn and thus dominate crucible. I also forgot to mention the return ammo function upon missing a shot. I will still use pocket infinity in regular pvp, I even took it into the recent Iron banner to combat shot guns, and it legitimately did work. This is just an OPINION, you may not like my OPINION, but that is my mind set and it can't be swayed that easily by other opinions. I will respect the opinions of other people, as everyone is different and deserves to be heard.

1 ReplyALL Y1 stuff should come back, but definitely agree, that would include Pocket Infinity - a gun I never got to really enjoy because I didn't get the exotic bounty for it prior to the great FR nerf.

Those could shake PvP, give us something new and weird we don't have. Vex Mythoclast just isn't an actual Fusion Rifle to me, and Pocket Infinity was just cheesy, the worst. I think a Sentinel Beam is the true 'continuous projectile Fusion Rifle' that Pocket Infinity was meant to be, but never became. Sometimes I wonder how or why they came to the decision not to have a Sentinel Beam inside Destiny. I seriously hope we see this before we reach Destiny 2.
