My friend recently bought Destiny on my recommendation and worked very hard to level up her Warlock to Level 40 without the using the Spark of Light. It took her 3 weeks to complete the story line after grinding for hours every day. Shortly before the Iron Banner quit, her Warlock Special stopped charging during game-play. She switched to her Void Walker to start leveling it up and her super has not worked since that. She has unlocked all three of her sub-classes and opened each of the categories, but her super will not charge on any of her sub-classes. She is very frustrated, so I am starting a forum to help her out. If anyone has heard of how to resolve this issue; I would love to hear about it.
She has made it very clear that she will quit Destiny, if she has to delete her character and start over. She is not very happy with Bungie right now and has been trying to figure out how to contact them about this issue. I am hoping someone will be able to help us figure out what happened. I don't want her to quit playing

Well assuming her subclass has been leveled to the point where she has unlocked the super, then the problem is probably the artifact that removes your super in place of two melee and two grenade charges. (Just swap out the artifact, hope this helped)

Sorry man, but those who bought Destiny recently are unable to charge their super unless they complete the quest from Shaxx to kill 100 guardians with headshots using a fusion rifle in a single match.

How much of a rookie are u that you didn't already know this and tell her. Blind leading the blind

99.999999% she's using the artifact the trades her super for an additional nade and melee, tell her to use a different artifact.
