So, I tried out the FR0ST-EE5 boots on my Nightstalker with and without MEMORY OF FELWINTER on patrol and in a private match. Without FELWINTER, it's wonderful and cuts the cooldowns by up to 50% if you sprint the entire time (I think it was around 40% when I tried with max strength). The best part is you can keep running into a wall or corner and it still works. The problem was when I added FELWINTER (which gave me max discipline and strength). For some reason, smoke took 58 seconds without sprinting and the spike grenade took TWO minutes (did this one twice to make sure). When I ran around, it cut the cooldown by 50% (30-second recharge for smoke, one minute for spike grenade). Has anyone else tried this combination?
