7 Second Melee Charge
Not here to brag or boast, but rather I'd like to ask for an explanation on this.
My Hunter (with current set-up now so you can check it out), has a 7 second cool-down on its melee while having extremely low Strength. I've run with this set-up before and I've never had this kind of cool-down.
So is this a legit thing or is it a bug? Thank you in advance for any help!
