Shortly after HOWs bungie buffed snipers. many people started sniping around this time and just assumed they were just a really good sniper. Fast forward to now, many of those players were given a false sense of skill, and now that they can't snipe they just assume that the gun was over nerfed. No, the problem lies in the fact that these people were never good snipers to begin with. End of story, adapt or move on.
