WARNING: Bungie Store is horribly mismanaged! Do not use!

Somebody suggested I post this in Help. What a wonderful idea. I'm going to leave the previous post up, however, to ensure my message reaches the largest audience. As long as they're not responding to my e-mails, Bungie deserves that much. So being the Destiny fan that I am, I ordered the 3A toys. I know the Hunter and Warlock are on pre-order, but the Titan is not. So after a while, I e-mailed the store to inquire about the status of my order. It had yet to be fulfilled, but they'd happily taken my $300.20 CAD. No response. I e-mailed again a few days later. Yet again, no response. Now, I learn that my friend has received his Titan in the mail. Now, while I'm happy for my friend, this is a problem. You see, my friend ordered his Titan a day after me. So why is it that he has received his in the mail already while my order has yet to even be fulfilled? I could understand him getting his order first if it was a different item, but our orders were identical, and I placed mine first by a day. Generally, I am under the impression that businesses would fill orders in the order that they are placed. So once again, I e-mailed Bungie Store. So far, no response. At this point, I'm pretty pissed off at the way they are handling their business, and while I doubt posting in the forums will achieve anything in resolving my problem, I am hoping to at least ensure this mismanagement is made public so that anyone considering ordering from their store will know what they are getting into.   • I tend not to buy companies like Bungie for physical items. I love companies like Amazon who respomd instantly when u have you a problem. But it's rare to get the same service elsewhere. I bought a nice watch off of Amazon one day, it arrived broken. I emailed amazon, the fowarded it to the original company. I got a response back from amazon stating I was refunded and a new watch was on the way, free of charge for my troubles.

    • Wish I could come up with a good error code for this because I know bungie would in a heartbeat because that's what they do. They -blam!- up and blame everyone else except themselves hints all the error codes in the game always says it's a problem with your connection not thier 2 dollar servers

      That's a shame. They've been really good the few times I've needed to ask them anything. Hopefully it's an unfortunate, semi-isolated occurrence that gets sorted. That's a crap load of money for a toy only to get jerked around. Try calling them? The store has actual support set up so a number SHOULD be easy to track down.

    • Collect as much evidence as you can and contact your bank, have them rescind the charge. Banks will usually back you since, you know, keeping your money in their bank is basically a low interest loan and they want you to have more money that they can borrow. Also contact Canada's BBB Equivalent

    • Huh could this be related or nah? I ordered a moments of triumph t shirt at the start of sept 1 or 6 around that time im still waiting for it to be delivered

    • Your not the first person to not hear back from Bungie Store. Back when the Nepal Donation thing was going on, so many posts came up about people not getting shirts or shaders, and not getting contacted about it. However, Bungie and Bungie Store and kind of separate. You certainly wonky get any Bungie Store reps on these forums (not even #Help).
