ou need both melee charges for the overshield to proc i was very excited about this artifact for the no back up plans, because basically its a new style of play where you might possibly always have a overshield but i really hope this is a bug, and not "working as intended" because why would someone ever use this artifact with the no back up plans if you could only use 1 melee charge and have it only proc when both are charge please share this so bungie sees this, share it with reddit twitter, and with your friends fellow titans, and fellow defenders! i really hope this is not working as intended at 22 seconds, 28 seconds, 1min and 12 seconds and 1 min and 28 seconds you can see that the overshield did not proc. video proof that it does not work!!! and i have played lots of other games and can confirm you must have both charges for the overshield to proc enjoy the 10 kill steak while you are watching =D
