Its clear to us now that the Exotic Pulse Raid weapon is called Outbreak Prime. I dont know the exact perks but i know that if you get a headshot kill with this weapon little tracking SIVA mites will emerge and damage the nearest target. Sounds like a blessing to the PVE part of Destiny right? But the PVP part might just get this nerfed to shreds. So if you get this Outbreak Prime, abuse it. Love this weapon as much as you can. Because people will have this weapon Nerfed and ruin another Raid Exotic. How about we just have a gun that doesn't get nerfed huh? Or is that too much to ask for?. Bump this so it gains more attention
