I posted this topic... "Bungie please see this... please I am player since day one of destiny. I achieved triumph year year one and two. Because I love Destiny and want to get everything about Destiny in game. But this time in korea, release date of Rise of Iron was delayed two days and there wasn't Preorder. So Korean player has no chance to get preorder and preorder bonus( ex) iron gjallahorn skin). Funny thing is Korea Xboxlive and Japan Playstation network are still give preorder bonus who buy ROI... Only player who bought from Korea psn couldn't get preorder bonus even cost more money than other country... It okay that Activision and bungie think game market of Korea is small and not important. But still also market of game in korea is increasing. And there are many player who love Destiny and call ps4 as Destiny machine like me haha. I bought ps4 to play Destiny... We discuss a lot that Destiny's contents is good or not but there is 'no' doubt that Destiny is Fun.(at least my near people. We all agree that Destiny is fun) Korean player love Destiny even there is no localization(we play in English) and there were two time of delay...(original and ROI). Please help us. Only you can help this unfair situation of preorder bonus. because sony korea customer service center is unprofessional. some agent say it is bungie's fault and some agent say they can't communicate with their company(what a company..). Thank you for seeing my terrible letter(?). I am not good at English.. Believe Destiny2 is more improved than my beloved game Destiny 1. And... a little hope that Destiny 2 is localized... or at least companion app haha.(because of backstory in grimoire)" But.. No reaction from Bungie yet... Looks like bungie hasn't customer service mail... How can I say my voice to Bungie and hear Bungie's Feedback TT It is so sad that I love Bungie but Bungie doesn't care our problem...
