Khovostov Quest...twice?
Trying to do the Khovostov quest for my Warlock so I can have a second one as well as finding the last page for my grimoire. Can't get the schematics from the chest...just a stupid blue engram. My Titan has the first gun. Is it possible to do the quest again like the Gjallarhorn quest (that keeps popping up)? If not, that's stupid and needs to be fixed.

I been trying on my other players also. I got it on 1 but the blueprint is not dropping for my others. I did it like 5 times. If you can only do the quest 1 time, that is really stupid. All other quests you can do on each toon. Why is this one account limited.
