Should I buy Terraria for PC?
I am planning on buying Terraria for the PC. Give me the game's pros and cons and your opinion if I should buy it or not below!
A quick question, does the game feature public servers and/or a chat system?

It is an excellent game with a fun grind, difficult enemies, tons of customization, and a great soundtrack. I know you already purchased it, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone here who's interested in getting it.

It's a complicated game so you should study the wiki or have someone (like me) teach you the basics. Don't go in one of those free item servers as they'll ruin the experience. Playing legit is much more fun. Yes there is a chat system. You can host a server and invite people from your friends list without paying a host. The server isn't 24/7 though, you have to be hosting it for it to be playable.

8 RepliesBump for later? I can give you a full opinion in a bit. Short answer; yes, get it, and do your first "run" "legit". Don't go around getting free stuffs. Heck, I'd even say do it solo, though bosses might be tough.

1 ReplyYes and yes. You would be better off just playing by yourself or with friends though. The game was recently updated with Steam multiplayer so it requires no setup.

If you can't be bothered to get all the stuff you could probs ask someone off the internets to join your world and give you a ton of stuff
