I preordered & received my bonus through the online download. Both items were in my game, but once I've finished the main quest for the Iron Ghallajorn; it consumed my iron version & only provided me the normal one. What now? I've contacted xbox & they can't do anything because I've already received the pre order bonus & downloaded it.
