When you reach 350, 50% of the engrams should decrypt at higher light level. Except it looks like Bungie screwed up RNG once again, and much fewer than 50% of engrams decrypt at a higher light level when you reach 350. SGA here is to save your Legendary engrams after you reach 350 and hope Bungie patches this sooner than later. Also, your best bet to reach 360 in time for the raid is through strike rewards and faction package.
