This video nicely explains the difference between initial accuracy (which is the real problem, IMO) and bloom. Many people lump them together and it confuses things. If we want to get this fixed we should be on the same page!
It's easy to understand and also shows how different ranges and rate of fire affect the phenomenon. Everyone who wants to get in on the discussion should watch it.
