All of these are complete garbage, and need to be reworked.
#Edit - I'd add both the MK.44 Stand Asides and Knucklehead Radar to this list. Based on feedback here's how I'd change each of them:
Alchemists Rainments - For every engram pickup, grants a chance to gain a duplicate. Chances vary per engram rarity.
ACD/0 Feedback Fence - Incoming melee attacks have a chance to fully charge your melee ability ( Add this to the original effect)
ATS/8 Arachnid - Provides Deadeye for Golden Gun. ( Golden gun still zooms in, but to a lesser degree, get rid of extended duration)
MK. 44 Stand Asides - Return to pre-nerf status.
Knucklehead Radar - Radar stays visible while aiming Primary and Heavy weapons.

Raiment has it's uses in pve content in tandem with a Tlaloc. Other than that it's meh. Arachnid and Knucklehead are even more in need of one imo.

Knuckle head radar could be active on all weapons and also enhanced tracking.

ACD-0 should grant 2 melee charges and the damage should be increased for when people melee you.

Feedback Fence is actually super deadly as a Juggernaut Titan. Skate up to someone, melee, they hit you, they get wrecked. If done correctly, you could probably win a Crucible match without ever firing your gun.

Feedback should have 50/50 chance of immediately recharging melee on hit. Arachnid should cut extended duration and increase accuracy instead, that way you can skip ads and still hit people that are close-mid and have a beneficial zoom for long-range kills. Raiments... I dunno. It's just the shitty glimmer perk on it right? Just increase that and make it a glimmer farming tool that actually works.

I'd say knucklehead radar keeps radar on all weapons and if they have Third Eye already, it makes radar more accurate. I have now made it op

Arachnid is pretty good these days, it adds a few good seconds to gg duration and gives zoom. Feedback fence seemed to work for the one person I ever encountered wearing it. We were both full health and punched each other simultaneously but I died from his armor effect.

I wish they would leave them alone but give us new exotics instead of rehashing the old ones with better/simular perks!

Here are my ideas to add another effect to these pieces Alchemist Raiment: a perk that activates when you pick up a blue engram or higher, it will duplicate that engram type for you, creating one new engram. Effect has a lower proc chance on legendaries and exotics. ACD/0 Feedback Fence: a perk that releases a larger explosion every time you are hit with a melee, stacking up to 3 times, lasting 15 seconds, and periodically releases smaller detonations around you. ATS 8 Arachnid: a perk that will correct your shots, allowing Golden Gun to home in on targets within 3 meters of the shots.

I voted for the titan gauntlets but only because the titan boots aren't listed. Seriously though, MK 44 stand asides are just undesirable.

Dont touch the arachnid . Its my favorite. Better aim with GG and much longer active time.

The Arachnid needs to have it's design altered a bit. I don't like seeing part of the helmet sticking out through the top of my hood.

The arachnid is actually really top tier, it's just ugly, and the zoom is off setting
