Going to be completely honest here, what happened to Vanilla players when TTK came out was a huge dick move on Bungie's part. Getting locked out of 90% of content that was accessible beforehand was completely uncalled for and caused many players to abandon ship as a result. I'm getting the expansion, so this isn't an issue for me, but if it happens it could be an issue for my friend. Since my friend is not getting the expansion, is he going to be locked out of 90% of the crucible again? Will he need to get the expansion to retain access to the stuff he currently has? I want an official response from Bungie regarding this, as anything uncertain won't put my mind at ease.
