I don't like the current system. We make our character without getting to see the back of their head, and once we've actually made them we can't edit their appearance at all. I have a Hunter with a crappy hairstyle, and I'm pretty sure someone has an Exo with some unpleasant looking...whatever those head thingies are. I would also like to change the race and gender of my titan. I don't care if it's not lore-friendly, literally any bullcrap explanation Bungie pulls out of their ass will be good enough. Seriously, I know it'd take time and effort to implement, but think about how many people have been asking for this, and how it probably should've been a feature from when the game launched 2 years ago!
