I've finally decided to stop at exactly 117 games played. Neat, huh? I'd love to play more, but, I think that 117 games played looks AWESOME. Love you, Halo 2.

I call this as a BIG fail! :( Haven't even played halo2 single player trough IT*S TOO HARD!!! :( Whyy am I such a bad player!!! I BLAME YOU .... Well who ever will be reading this post still ... :( AND although I have ODST I can' play the MULTILAYER DEMO since i don't have any network :( Impossible to play on this Mobile 3G shaiba... Allot of good memories that poem brought back! Cant forget the "Dummie" glitch with the worthog and the "rocket/sword flying glitch" that can still somewhat be done. Hundreds of hours were put into the online part of this game and they were all good times!! Now that its been over 11 hours past what the "shut down" time was supposed to be so im taking full advantage of the little amount of time we have left!

Very good work there! ^ Just played a few more Team Slayer games, went down from 17 to 15. :( Team training provided an amusing gametype with Brute Shot starts. There's something amusing about hammering BXB whilst markching towards someone screaming. XD

The message on my original Xbox brick states: "Xbox Live online play and downloadable content will no longer be available for purchase or redownload after April 15, 2010." So, I would assume this means that the servers will be shut down by 12am PST tonight give or take a few hours.

Thanks for sticking with me until the end on that game.[/quote] Lol if it was still up because of Halo 2 players' willpower, then I say it should stay up :) My last game last night (I thought it was my last) I went 12-8 with a 6 kill spree to end the game on a win. I decided to quit, but checked to see if I could still get on an hour or so ago. I did and it was BTB on Midship. My team lost, but I owned 19-8 ending on a 7 kill spree. That felt much better than 12-8 haha

I managed to get on this morning, from 2am 'til 5am GMT. Not too much time, I really needed some sleep, and I had to be quiet since the whole house was sleeping. Still, though, in those three quiet hours, I played with many to send off what will be greatly missed. I've no idea if I played with any employees, I was playing half asleep, barely paying any attention to what was actually happening, and just reminiscing about the fond memories I had about the game. I might still try to get on seeing as people are saying the servers are still up, let's play until they flick the switch.

Yeah, I'm not sure if I played Bungie at all. I played for the whole time they were on, so maybe... Also, I'm still able to go online and get into matches. I thought the servers had shut down by now?

I played last night. I was only able to get 3 games in though, but it was awesome. Managed to play against some Bungie folks on the last game. Sad, yet exhilarating night. While we've seen the end of Halo 2 on LIVE, we will soon see Reach in Beta form. Halo 2 may have moved on to meet the forerunners, however, Halo 3 is running strong. Halo Reach looks to usher in a new set of fans and bring many back to the franchise, who have lost their way. No, my fellow gamers, Halo isn't dead, it's combat evolved!
