Lord shaxx crucible quest line: mountain top

I have tried to find the quest in my titan and I couldn't find it so I went to the tower went to the abandoned quest line I took out all of the quests and still the quest did not show up any way I can get it FYI I'm level 15 just about 16 with 326 light
