Is it fair for snipers to be able to do this? (Poll)

First, some users use unflinching, second the stagger rounds of mida have been removed even though it still kicks as a mothertrucker...however another thing is using the flinch to aim, I did this a few times, aim for the body wait for flinch kick and boom headshot...it takes practice and skill and luck..so I consider this fair, even though this happens to me almost on a daily basis...
