As members, we teach and help those who are into Missions, Raids, Crucible, Trials, Quests and so forth if needed. You must tryout for up to 2 weeks and be active as much as possible before we consider you an official member. If interested, feel free to private message me or respond to this post. To Become A Member: (No Exceptions)[/u] * Must Be 21 years or older * Men and Women are Welcome! * Must Live in US or Canada * Central and Eastern timezones preferred * Light Level 310+ * Have All Expansions (Must Have ROI By 10/31) * Be a team player, listens well and is friendly * Use a working mic and communicates * Must abide by clan rules and leadership * Must Be Able To Learn and Understand Raid Mechanics [u] B.) Tryout Period: [/u] * You are known as a prospect on a tryout basis for up to 2 weeks running with various members. We will add you to our clan messenger and you can request to run POE/COE, Strikes, Dailies, Nightfall, Crucible and can even join Raids when they are available. * This is a great process to see if you are a good fit for us as a clan and for you to see if we are your type of clan. No obligations or guarantees on either side as you can leave anytime or we can dismiss you if we feel you are not a good fit. Regardless if you are accepted or dismissed, EOA will add you to our PS4 community so you can run with other Guardians as well. * We won't tell you ALL of what we look in future new members of course because we don't want you sending us a fake representation of yourself just to get in or make things too easy for you. We want to see truly what you're made of but I will put this out there....Teamwork and Courage! * Once we feel you are worthy, one of the clan leaders of EOA will send you an invite to join through PS4 messenger. You have 48 hours to accept and send a group invite and set as playstation clan (if you don't know how to do this, the clan leaders or members will help if you ask). * PLEASE DO NOT ASK US WHEN YOUR PROSPECT PERIOD IS UP!!!! Raid Rules[/u] * During clan week of Tuesday - Saturday, Clan Leadership are the only Guardians who can host and lead Raids unless otherwise specified. * We do Retro Raids (VOG & Crota's End, KF) sometimes but you only need to meet the level requirement and must have at least 1 subclass maxed. * Please be very patient with other Guardians as everyone has not completed 100+ Raids in Destiny. * Starting Sept 20th: Guardians must meet light level requirement or (5 points off light level req.) and have ALL subclasses maxed out before taking part in any new/current raid. That is your responsibility especially if you have alts so make sure you have this done before joining us. [u]D.) FAQ For EOA: (Please Read)[/u] Q: How long has Eye of Anubis been around? A: Since Sept. 9th, 2014. Q: How many members does EOA have? A: 20+ members currently. Q: How many clan leaders are there? A: 3 clan leaders. Q: What are your clan days/non clan days? A: Clan Week: Tues. - Sat. Non Clan Days: Sun + Mon. Q: What are your Raid days and times? A: Raids vary per clan week but clan leadership sends out Raid Events usually 24 hours in advance and Raid times are usually in the late afternoon/early evening. Q: Can I add your clan name to my emblem? A: No! Only officially members can in which you are not yet until you pass your prospect tryout. However, you will be added to our clan messenger to speak and run with current members. Also, you will be added to Eye of Anubis PS4 community as well as a prospect. Q: I have a busy schedule and life obligations, can I still be a member? A: Yes! However, you are responsible for your own activity and involvement with the clan. Feel free to come online when you can as we all are busy but there has to be a certain level of commitment to Eye of Anubis as well. Q: Is there a EOA clan on Xbox One as well? A: No! We are only on Playstation 4. Q: I have personal issues, can your clan handle this if I become a member? A: Sorry but this is an online gaming clan, not a therapeutic or psychological online service. I would suggest talking to your friends or family (irl) about your personal issues as we are not certified to do so. In addition, please do not use our clan to enforce personal political, religious, gender, special needs, sexual orientation or racial agenda as you many other outlets to do so. Doing so otherwise will result in you being exiled from the clan for good. Have fun, have other conversations and joke some but we are here to get content done in Destiny overall. Q: I am not in a clan but play with a group of friends/family members sometimes, is that ok? A: Sure! However, I would suggest doing so on non clan days Sundays + Mondays or after you been active 2-3 days with us. If we notice you being absent a bunch during clan weeks, we will dismiss you from the clan. If you run with friends/family often, you should consider making a clan with them. We are looking for Guardians who are seeking that true clan experience in Destiny and also willing to give back as well. Q: Do you have something against hardcore streamers? A: No! I have something against using our clan for the purpose of streaming only and increasing viewership and not for the greater good of EOA. In addition, not helping out clan members because you are too busy streaming and helping viewers (non members) is a big No! No! Again, there is an outlet for everything but not here with EOA. I have no problem with anyone streaming but not if you are going to ignore the clan in the process. Q: How does EOA communicate? A: For now, we use the Playstation 4 messenger for our clan communication. We know of other sites and apps but have no interest in those at this time. Sundays - Thursdays please do not use the online messenger out of respect for those who have work/school early in the morning between the hours of 11pm - 5am (central) / 12am -6am (eastern). Fridays and Saturdays have no time rule. [b]One Final Note:[/b] WE ARE A DRAMA & TOXIC FREE CLAN! We treat each other with respect and consideration. We have our own strategies for beating Raids as clan leadership are in charge of Raiding and other activities during clan times. Regardless of what you learned from another clan, it is null and void with us. This should be understood and respected from the start so please abide by our ways and clan culture especially being a new member.
