Edited by Vgnut: 8/28/2016 12:29:04 AMMight be a bit of a legal mess to do. Disney owns KOTOR, however they've sold the licenses to make new Star Wars games to EA. So Disney has to do it of their own volition, find a partner, or EA has to negotiate with them to do it. I don't think EA has the rights to just go ahead and do it. Microsoft might also be involved in this mess as the games weirdly never came to PS2. I suppose it's possible. A few Lucasarts games have been remastered and released since the Disney acquisition. I think what is more likely is that Bioware is developing a new Star Wars RPG (EA's confirmed this) and they'll peg it as some sort of spiritual successor to the KOTOR games. Of course they won't be anywhere near as good or play anything like the originals and people will pile further shit on Bioware and EA but that's another matter.
